A factory-integrated BESS unit that combines the DC block (battery racks and BMS), Power Conversion System, and BESS controller into a single containerised assembly.
In energy storage
AC blocks simplify site design by reducing civil works and on-site installation, thereby lowering balance of plant costs. Typical units range from 2 to 6 MWh and arrive pre-wired and factory-tested as a complete system, which shortens installation time at site. AC blocks also simplify contractual agreements for the buyer, as a single supply contract covers both the DC and part of the AC infrastructure.
