Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If our content is not what you expected, we offer a straightforward refund process.

1. Refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU). No questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Email hello@learnbess.com with:

  • The email address used for your purchase
  • Your order or invoice number

We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. What happens after a refund

Once your refund is processed, your access to the purchased content will be revoked. If you purchased All-Access, access to all included content will be removed.

4. After the refund window

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@learnbess.com and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
