learnBESS is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time — no questions asked.

1. Cancellation

Cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No refund is needed, as you simply stop paying.

2. Refunds

If you were charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevents access, email hello@learnbess.com with your purchase details and we will resolve it promptly.

3. Legacy one-time purchases

Customers who made a one-time purchase before the subscription model retain their existing access. Refund requests for legacy purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@learnbess.com.
