These terms govern your use of learnbess.com and any digital content purchased through the site. By accessing or purchasing from learnBESS, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

learnBESS sells digital educational content about battery energy storage systems (BESS). Products include online training modules and specialist guides, sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Account and access

Access to paid content requires a valid purchase and an active session. You may log in using a magic link sent to the email address associated with your purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login email secure.

Your license is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials or distribute paid content to others.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe (through its Link service), which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required. You will receive a receipt and invoice from Stripe after purchase.

4. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To request a refund, email hello@learnbess.com with your purchase details. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual property

All content on learnbess.com — including text, diagrams, illustrations, and course materials — is owned by learnBESS and protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to access and read the content. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the content without written permission.
